Journal 1: Contemporary Hero

     Born in Japan, Hiro Nakamura is the master of the space and time continuum. He has the dual ability to manipulate time and teleport. He started out as a level three programmer at a big company in Japan, but after the solar eclipse his whole life changed.

 After discovering his amazing power, Hiro strived to do what he thought would save the world. He is the embodiment of justice and honor, and he has proven himself to his friends and fans many times. Through his adventures, Hiro matures and becomes even more of the hero that the people need. Hiro confronts a number of evil oppressions through his travels. At first, he and other people with abilities combine forces to stop a man who can steal abilities from people by killing them. His name is Sylar, and he has the ability to see how things work which allows him to steal the powers of other people after cutting open their heads. This allows Sylar to study the brain, and he is able to see how the person’s ability works. Through this process, Sylar only gets stronger and stronger as he murders people with abilities. Hiro is always trying to help people whenever he has a chance. In fact, after he finds out that he is losing his power he continues to help no matter what. He returns to Japan and uses the money his father left him to start a company with all this awesome technology to help people. This turns out not to work to well, but he did manage to help some people with daily problems, and this made him feel good regardless of who he was helping.

     Hiro confronts evil because he believes in doing what is right. As a child, Hiro was a huge fan of many comic books. These comic books displayed super heroes who always fought in the name of justice. Ever since he was a child, Hiro knew that when he grew older he wanted to become a super hero who would fight for what is right. Hiro fights for justice because of his friends and family. He wants to keep everyone safe, and he is constantly trying to save the world. After returning to Japan, Hiro discovers that he has a brain tumor which is the reason he cannot access his complete powers. He is finally discovers how to use his powers again, but every time he uses his condition is worsened. However, Hiro does not let this stop him as he tries to right all the wrongs he has committed in the past. Hiro meets a man who has the power to manipulate the brains of other people. While trying to help Hiro, the man does something which is called sending someone on a spiritual journey. However, something must have went wrong, because Hiro lost his memory. Hiro thinks that he is living the life of Sherlock Holmes, and he has to save his sidekick, Dr. Watson. His best friend Ando realizes that Hiro is trying to give him clues on how to help him, but Hiro is doing it to the best of his ability. Hiro gives Ando clues about different comic books, and Ando finds out that there is a hospital that Hiro wants to go to in Florida. For some reason, Hiro believes that he can find help there. The story ended at that part until the author publishes more. Hiro is one of the most amazing super heroes that I have learned about. Hiro Nakumara stand for what is right and just and he does not let anything stand in his way.
